A useful answer starts with a specific garment.

Before choosing a sweater

Ask about body and sleeve length, neckline comfort, actual materials and care. Include the product name and size preference; do not assume all five sweater constructions share one fit.

Before choosing jeans

Ask for the actual waist, hip, rise, inseam and leg-opening details. Tell us whether you are comparing straight, wide, flare, taper or crop. A listed size alone does not establish measurements.

Following up a saved request

Include its reference to agree the actual goods, availability, taxes, delivery and payment. The request is recorded on the server but not emailed automatically. No payment has been taken.

After a purchase

Describe the concern and include the relevant purchase or request reference. Keep any useful packaging and photographs. Ask for return instructions before sending a garment; do not send payment-card details or passwords.
