Request instructions before returning
Ask for the appropriate return address, packaging instructions and any other steps before sending anything. The company address shown on this website is not automatically a return destination. An unarranged parcel may not include enough information to identify your purchase.
Condition and packaging
Describe the condition honestly, including any use, washing, alteration or missing packaging that may affect the issue. Preserve relevant packaging where practical. We do not invent a universal return window or claim that all garments have identical return eligibility.
Incorrect, damaged or concerning goods
Contact us promptly if the supplied item appears incorrect, damaged or otherwise not as agreed. Describe the actual problem rather than relying only on the AI catalogue illustration. Applicable consumer rights are not removed by this policy, and the next steps should address the actual purchase.
Fit and preference questions

Refunds and return costs
